Calm Progress does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app does not require an account, does not use analytics or tracking, and makes no network requests of any kind.

These preferences are stored locally on your device using the operating system's standard settings storage. They are never transmitted off your device and are not accessible to us or any third party.
Calm Progress does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising frameworks.
Calm Progress does not track you as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. The app does not access the device advertising identifier (IDFA) and does not share data with data brokers or advertising networks.
Because Calm Progress does not collect any personal data, there is no data to retain or delete. The local preferences stored on your device can be removed at any time by deleting the app.
The app does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because no data is collected, the app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
